But On The Other Hand the Only Help
But on the other hand, 'The only help I have received has been since I became successful.'

'My current line manager has shown me the advantages of a completely different management style from my own and got me thinking about the importance of difference.'
Judy benefited from the experience of help and support from one of her department's long-term managers when she was working in Scotland, far away from parents and friends. He coached her, tested her to her full potential and did everything he could to foster her development. She was also assisted by her law lecturer at college, when she was considering professional qualifications, who suggested that she try for the Bar. She had never even contemplated such a career move and his encouragement led her to apply, study and eventually be called to the Bar.
